Applications
1. Are there any format or content guidelines for portfolio submissions?
There is no required format. Please submit your portfolio using your preferred format.
2. Can I apply for multiple positions at MBX without affecting my evaluation?
Yes, you may apply for multiple positions. Please note that the evaluation timeline and criteria may vary by position.
3. Can I review my application after submitting it?
Yes. You can review your submitted application through the confirmation email sent by Ninehire.
4. Can I edit my application after submitting it?
Submitted applications cannot be edited directly. If you need assistance, please contact hr@memebox.com.
Interviews
1. What should I wear to the interview?
MBX embraces a flexible and open culture. Please wear comfortable, professional attire to your interview.
2. Is parking available for interview candidates?
When using a private car, you can park in the underground parking lot, and parking tickets are supported for up to 1 hour.
Due to the location and characteristics of the building, parking may not be smooth, so we highly recommend using public transportation.
3. How are interviews conducted?
Generally, we will guide you through the results within one week after the interview, and depending on the situation, it may take up to two weeks.
If the notification of the results is delayed, we will contact you separately.
4. Can I receive an interview confirmation letter?
Yes. If you need an interview confirmation letter, please contact hr@memebox.com after your interview.
Other Questions
1. Can international candidates apply to MBX?
You can apply if you hold a visa that allows employment in Korea or if there are no issues with visa issuance.
Memebox is home to members of various nationalities working together.
2. Is my academic major an important factor in MBX’s hiring process?
You may apply regardless of your academic major. Except for certain specialized positions, applicants are not disadvantaged based on their field of study.
3. Can entry-level candidates apply without prior work experience?
Yes. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. MBX evaluates candidates holistically based on their understanding of the position and relevant capabilities, rather than solely on their major or previous experience.
4. When will I start after receiving a final offer?
Your start date will be determined through mutual discussion after receiving a final offer. If you are available to start immediately, you can generally begin within two weeks.
